Urgent Petition to NIH

I was troubled to learn from White Coat Waste investigators that the National Institutes of Health broke its promise to stop funding experiments on dogs and puppies.

I, the undersigned taxpayer and pet owner, demand that the University of Utah not renew its electro-shocking and heart-harvesting lab. And I demand that you stop spending nearly $14 million of my hard-earned tax dollars on these abusive and wasteful dog experiments!
