It has been brought to my attention by the White Coat Waste Project that 28 labs in China are authorized to spend my tax money on cruel and dangerous animal experiments. I respectfully ask that you take action to permanently ban the NIH from shipping one more penny of U.S. taxpayer dollars for animal experimentation in China.
